Frequent Asked
We require a 30% deposit to book the order and the remaining balance is due the day before your event. If you’re a school, church, HOA or corporate client, we may be able to work with you on alternative payment methods.
We require a standard 20amp outlet for each of our inflatable rentals. However we can also provide generators if you don’t have access to power.
Yes! We provide bundle deals for customers that rent multiple items for their events. Contact a party pro to learn more about deals and specials.
Don’t worry, with our “free rescheduling assurance policy”, you are able to cancel at any time due to inclement weather or emergency without losing any money.
